With our range of products it can sometimes be difficult to determine freight prices, because of the size and weight of our units. Please contact Super Hoist Plus for a freight quote on any of our products.
Once your order has been shipped you can track it through Toll Express with the Consignment given to you by Super Hoist Plus.

 

Please supply an address where someone is available to accept the goods upon delivery.

We recommend either a work address or home address. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted for delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be taken back to the Toll Priority depot and re-delivered at a cost to the customer, in some circumstances goods may be left at the delivery premises.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate this when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

Toll Express and the company will not accept liability for parcels which they have confirmed delivery for but are not delivered; however the company can raise a dispute on your behalf and assist you in this process.

Toll Express parcels can be traced on the day that your order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped by Toll.

You will receive an automated email from Toll Online confirming its dispatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery with them.

Your on-line order will be shipped within 5 to7 business days depending on your location and providing all goods are in-stock (excludes weekends and public holidays). 

Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas.

Delivery is pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock in our distribution centre.

Tasmania, Northern Territory and regional Western Australia postal services can take a little longer due to e-parcel delivery schedule. 

It can be anywhere up to 10 days delivery from the date we have dispatched the goods.

  Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and contact number during business hours, so that our on-line sales team can contact you directly, if required.

Pending Credit Card authorisation, verification and availability of stock both on-line and our local retail stores, your order will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tasmania, Northern Territory and regional Western Australia postal services can take a little longer due to e-parcel delivery schedule.

It can be anywhere upto 10 days delivery from the date we have dispatched the goods.

Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:

We are out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.

Out of stock items are sourced from our suppliers

Credit card verification has been declined.

You will be notified via email or telephone with an update on your order and a request of what action you would like us to take; whether it is to cancel that item and proceed with the remainder of your order or source the item from our retail stores and then finalise your order.

After 2 days of notification by us, if we have received no response your order will be cancelled and monies refunded.

We can not accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible.  We can not guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.

We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
